| Objectives | The project objectives are to: * determine how emissions performance of alternative fuels and technologies is likely to improve in the future, particularly the next 10 years; * assess the costs involved; * inform the Alternative Fuel sub-group of the CVTF about the future emissions benefits of alternative fuels; and * help inform Government policy on alternative fuels | |
| Abstract | This project is essentially an information gathering exercise to feed into the work of the CVTF alternative fuels sub-group which is attempting to compare the emissions performance of a range of fuels both now and in the future. The work involves interviews with a variety of research organisations, fuel suppliers and vehicle manufacturers who are acknowledged experts on the development of alternative fuel technology | |
